What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do NOT accept PayPal payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as fast as possible, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this period will be denied.
When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the order date. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders may take between 1 - 2 weeks to arrive after the order is processed.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged upon receiving the package?
Please contact us if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Make sure to include your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States. We are working on providing worldwide shipping, so stay tuned!
